Acting as project designers, Fabiano Designs will work as part of the professional team to conceive and develop the overall designs for the project. Our work will include all floor plans, interior elevations, specialty features, glazing, light concepts and ceiling design, including all colors and material specifications for the designs, etc., essentially bringing the project design through to the design development phase. The final construction documents will be completed by the owner’s architect of record, with Fabiano Designs offering support services during construction to ensure a coordinated effort, bringing the project to a successful completion.
