Building on this successful collaboration of the first phase, Fabiano Designs was also named Architects of Record for Phase 2, leading the renovation of 20,000 square feet of premium locker room with an $8 million project that will elevate the guest experience to new heights. This transformation goes beyond aesthetics; it’s rooted in elevating the member experience. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to support social and physical wellness, expand amenities, and foster a stronger sense of community. The result is a refined, functional space that enhances comfort, connection, and the complete wellness journey. As the project architect and interior-designer, we worked closely with the team, including the ownership, management, CM/builder and consultants; to incorporate our concepts and ultimately bring the project to life.
