Fabiano Designs developed this facility as a new 35,000 SF ground-up facility that offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment, spa and wellness services, and health and life coaching. The building is designed to take advantage of a 5,000 SF second-floor roof terrace for outdoor social and fitness activities. The openness of the floor plan, as well as the visual connections between the first and second floors, fosters communications and social interactions between the various users and demographics of the club members.Check out the club tour.
